• Read ‘Personal Strengths’ and identify your top 3-5 strengths

• Complete the DISC Assessment (or reference your results from Growth Track)

• Complete the Spiritual Gifts Assessment (or reference your results from Growth Track)

• Develop your Personal Growth Plan
