Apostle Dominic & Pastor Nedra Owens are the and Founders of Risen Church. They both have served in the ministry for over 24 years. The Owens are affectionately known as people who are passionate to see people win. They want to reach those who have “given up on church” but haven’t “given up on God” and those who want ‘more’. Their ministry has an emphasis on empowering people to be successful in every area of life. Their mission is to make Christ attractive and let everyone know that being a Christian is not boring.

They are blessed with three beautiful daughters, Diamond, Jada and Kayla.
